How do I create a deal?

*Important: The condition to create a deal is to create your items first. If you have not created them yet, click here for the instructions.

Creating a deal

To create a deal, follow these steps:

• Click on the "Deals" on the left menu.
• Click the "Create deal" in the upper right corner.

1. Cart

• Under the "Items" column, select the item that you want to add to the deal, by clicking the "Add" button.
• Enter the desired quantity and price per unit. To add an additional product/s to, simply repeat the process (click "Add" on the item you want to add).
• After completing the addition of the product, proceed by clicking the "Continue" button.

2. Details

• Select a vendor from your vendor list
• Select the deal duration
• determine the termination date
• Select the payment term
• Tick the Automatic renewal in case you want this deal to automatically renew itself,
• and continue by clicking the "Continue" button.

3. Delivery

• Select the delivery duration.
• Select the delivery location.
• Select the payment term from the list.
• Select the Incoterms.
• Specify the required documents (optional).

4. Overview

Check carefully if you have entered all the information correctly. If so, click on the "Create deal" button.
